Psychology of the Organizations

Life Potential is inviting all interested youth workers and youth active in youth organizations or interested in PSYCHOLOGY OF THE ORGANIZATIONS to join us on 3rd July @CMZG!  During the workshop, we will open an interesting and unknown topic of the Psychology of the organizations that studies the abstract world of groups of people coordinated and structured towards pursuing the same objectives. We will talk about:

• the roles that people can develop within organizations
• how the communication process and decision making are
• how power works depending on the structure of hierarchy
• different sources of conflict
